DELIVERY FRANCE - EUROPE - INTERNATIONAL
All our deliveries leave from France from our logistics site in Valenciennes, via UPS for France and DHL for Europe and International
Deliveries to countries of the European Community are not subject to VAT or customs clearance upon receipt of deliveries, the VAT is to be paid when ordering.
Delivery in France :

Our current delivery times are as follows:
Express delivery in France : 2 to 5 working days (Free delivery from 300€ht)
Standard delivery in Europe: 3 to 7 working days depending on the country.
The price of a 25kg box is about 20€ht for France
Absence at the time of the delivery:
In case of absence during the delivery, you will be contacted for a second passage, the parcel will be kept during 15 calendar days. In the event of non withdrawal within the time allowed by the carrier, the articles will be returned to Fouta Tunisia and new postal charges will be invoiced in the event of request of forwarding of your share. The items of the same order can be divided into several boxes (if the volume or quantity of items require it). In this case, they are, in principle, delivered in one time except particular problems (momentary or definitive unavailability of an article for example).
Delivery in Europe AND in the International :
DELIVERY IN EUROPE BY DHL INTERNATIONAL
The delivery costs are calculated online and vary according to the country of destination, divided into 5 zones. Delivery in Europe and International is estimated between 3 and 7 working days depending on the geographical zone
The price of a 25kg box for Europe in zone 1 is 30€.
Deliveries to islands or distant countries at preferential rates are possible via other transport circuits on request and estimate
Exchange and return :
Exchanges and returns for sales to professionals is not applicable except for defective products.
In case of defects, defective products or problems on the delivery you must send an email to: [email protected] with your claim and photos of damaged products or damaged package.
A written return will be made to you within 7 working days to solve the problem.
